About the Role

ZEMA Global Data Corporation is a global leader in data management, analysis, and business automation software. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic Business Solutions team to help us expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for named ZEMA clients in the EMEA region, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client businesses, their customers, and market context to drive strategic relationships and revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain accurate client records in internal systems, ensuring effective forward-planning and maximizing marketing initiatives.
  • Provide active client support related to ZEMA product usage and custom solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal operational teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the entire ZEMA Suite and associated value proposition to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in an Account Management role within the software/technology industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work strategically with complex accounts.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand technical concepts and adapt to diverse, highly technical organizations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of energy and/or financial markets, with a passion for driving business growth.
