Job Title: Customer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at Neilson Active Holidays. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage email and SMS production, including content creation, targeting, data selection, campaign deployment, and reporting.
  • Work with data analytics to analyze and implement learnings, using Microsoft Excel and BI dashboards to create reports and optimize campaigns.
  • Support the delivery of the annual marketing strategy, including brand and sales campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate growth strategies and develop standards, processes, and tools to drive greater efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Self-starter with quick learning capabilities and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of marketing in the premium travel sector or similar sectors.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in time and project management.
  • Results-driven and open-minded, with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Solid experience using CRM platforms, including SuiteCRM and DotDigital, with HTML editing skills in Drupal and/or Email platforms.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, and Word competency, with Mac user/DTP use and CMS user experience.
  • Understanding of content performance metrics and the ability to use analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.

Experience & Track Record:

  • Demonstrable experience in customer lifecycle marketing, including customer retention strategies, project management, and CRM.
  • Line management experience and strong experience in the travel industry is advantageous.
