About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Home Instead. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth across three offices in East Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans across our three offices, including Home Instead Brighton, Hove and Shoreham, Home Instead Lewes District and Uckfield, and Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham.
  2. Develop and manage digital and print marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and local advertisements.
  3. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform our marketing strategies.
  4. Develop engaging content for our website, social media, and promotional materials.
  5. Collaborate with our team in each office to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  6. Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Strong digital marketing skills, including social media and some SEO experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools required (Canva in particular)
  • Excellent time management and project planning skills
Additional Requirements

Please note that living in Brighton & Hove or East Sussex is required, and being a car driver is preferable to travel regularly between offices.

The rate of pay is £13 - £15 per hour dependent on experience.
