About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Events and Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our team at Tillo. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering memorable experiences to our valued customers through the TilloConnect event series. You will also be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel, multi-touch ABM campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth within the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of the TilloConnect event series, ensuring seamless delivery in the UK and overseeing the expansion to the US
  • Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and delegate engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategy with marketing goals
  • Drive post-event analysis and propose improvements for future events
  • Create and execute powerful multi-channel 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns and content, working with cross-functional teams to ensure integration throughout a variety of channels and touch points
  • Use intent-based marketing to drive a targeted ABM strategy to build qualified pipeline for the business
  • Work with marketing leadership to develop, refine, and create campaign messaging based on research, data, and insights to drive differentiation and connection to target accounts and personas
  • Build strong relationships with relevant internal team members to plan and manage the delivery of creative campaign assets to support demand generation activities
  • Oversee distribution of campaign messaging maps/guidelines, style guides, and other campaign assets as part of sales and business development enablement
  • Monitor and analyze channel and content effectiveness and work with the relevant stakeholders to deliver ongoing optimization
  • Analyze performance of campaigns and regularly report to leadership on the impact of campaigns
  • Leverage marketing automation tools, including Hubspot and Zoominfo, to build marketing nurture campaigns to optimize engagement with target accounts and contacts throughout the funnel
  • Manage customer marketing activities to support cross-sell and upsell into existing customer base
About You

We are looking for a confident, creative, and dynamic individual with experience managing large-scale event logistics, delivering exceptional B2B event experiences, and campaigns. You should be a natural collaborator who is used to operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A demonstrated ability to create and execute events and campaigns from concept to completion that build brand awareness and deliver business results
  • Experience using Hubspot (or a similar CRM)
  • Experience delivering events and campaigns
  • Advanced knowledge of revenue generation/marketing metrics, including the Sales/Marketing funnel and ROI
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Analytical and data-driven; uses data to gather insights to inform decisions

It would be great if you have some experience in:

  • Account-based marketing (ABM) strategy, segmentation, and execution
  • A SaaS business
