Care Team Leader
Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Care Team Leader at Kingston House, assisting the Deputy Manager in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in managing staff in a care home setting, with a strong understanding of NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of day and night care services.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of care to meet individual resident needs.
  • Lead by example and train new staff members.
