We are seeking a Caring Support Professional to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £11.45 per hour.
Responsibilities: As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred support to individuals with complex needs
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
- Encouraging participation in activities that promote independence and confidence
- Developing and maintaining relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK driving license
- Experience working with individuals with autism and complex learning disabilities
- Resilience, flexibility, and a composed approach
