Care Professional Leader

We are a leading care charity in the UK, dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Our Kingston House care home is seeking an experienced care professional to assist the Deputy Manager in maintaining and developing high-quality care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe and effective operation of day and night care services, as well as new admissions.
- Ensure that high standards of care are met for individual residents, monitoring and maintaining these standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing staff in a care home or similar setting.
- Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent qualification.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £42,500, depending on experience.
