Job Title:
A leading care charity in the UK is seeking an experienced professional to assist the Deputy Manager at our care home, Kingston House.
About Us:We have over 20 years of experience delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and effective running of day and night care services and new admissions, monitoring and maintaining high standards of care to meet individual resident needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage staff in a care home setting with prior experience.
- Lead by example and teach new staff members.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Advanced knowledge of medication management.
- Paid holiday (28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays).
