Care Assistant

Job Title: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Calne.
Salary: £11,450 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and enhanced pay rates (£11.45 per hour).
Work Schedule: Typical shifts are from 8am to 10pm, including at least one sleep-in shift per week. Shifts can be split into morning and afternoon/evening sessions.
Benefits: Voyage Care values and rewards our staff's dedication with:
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (terms and conditions apply)
- Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour (terms and conditions apply)
About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care plans.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You should also have a willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
