Residential Care Team Lead

As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading by example, teaching, and mentoring new and inexperienced staff members in all aspects of their work. This will involve ensuring that high standards of care are delivered to meet the needs of individual residents and monitoring these standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have prior experience of managing staff in a care home or similar environment. You must also hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, and possess advanced knowledge of Medication management.
Salary and Benefits:- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
