Care Supervisor Leader

As a Care Team Leader at Greensleeves Care, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing high-quality care services at our Kingston House care home.
You will be responsible for leading by example, teaching, and mentoring new and inexperienced staff members in all aspects of their work. This will involve ensuring that high standards of care are delivered to meet the needs of individual residents and monitoring these standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have prior experience of managing staff in a care home or similar environment. You must also hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, and possess advanced knowledge of Medication management.
Key Responsibilities:- Take responsibility for the safe and effective running of day and night care services and new admissions
- Ensure that high standards of care are delivered to meet the needs of individual residents
- Lead by example, teach, and mentor new and inexperienced staff members
- Prior experience of managing staff in a care home or similar environment
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of Medication management
- Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
