Territory Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Central region of the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing our sales strategy across specific vertical markets, working closely with our Business Development Team to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, OEMs, and specialist distribution partners
- Provide technical and consultative sales support to customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product Managers and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements
- Technical sales background with a strong understanding of complex sales processes
- Organised, methodical, and strategic approach to sales and customer management
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and autonomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships
