Position: Territory Sales Manager South UK
Salary/bonus: Up to £55,000, £20k bonus (uncapped)
Benefits: Car allowance, private healthcare and pension
CSG are exclusively partnering an exciting medical equipment group in growth mode, boasting a genuine market leading portfolio of products and looking for someone to really drive the business forwards in the South UK.
This is a really strategic sell comprising of cleverly positioned entry products, land and expand longer term and the securing of longer-term service contracts, perfectly designed for someone with a good new business focus and someone very well networked within biomedical engineering hospital departments.
We'd love to be hearing from proven sales professionals with a service and/or biomedical background, and we are also open to commercially minded service engineers wanting to make that move into medical a medical sales role.
Responsibilities:
- Map and understand your territory including but not limited to current install base, target accounts and key biomedical engineering (and ideally procurement) contacts
- You will work with current customers, ensuring a high quality of service is being delivered and we as a business are offering them everything they need
- You will develop new customers and have an understanding of if/when hospitals may be looking to renew the service contracts, working with biomedical engineering stakeholders and strategically presenting the right technical solutions to dislodge our competitors and secure the new longer term contracts
- We expect the right person to be hungry to succeed and out seeing customers as much as possible, our expectations are 4 days a week in the field and getting our products out there. They are genuinely the best in the market
- This is a very autonomous role, though there is fantastic learning, development and support available we ideally want someone with their own ability and drive to succeed.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in medical sales specifically into biomedical/EBME departments is our ideal, though again we can and will consider commercially minded field service engineers now who are wanting to make that leap into medical sales
- Our ideal candidate will understand hospital service contracts (medical equipment/electrical devices), either how to specifically sell through experience or how to discuss/negotiate these with biomedical/EBME stakeholders
- Medical equipment or electrical devices experience is our ideal, though we can will consider medical devices areas that work with EBME's and a service contract model
- We are ideally looking for someone who can target and generate new customers, as well as retain and grow our current install base.
- Someone familiar and comfortable with Salesforce
- Able to travel up to 80% when needed (4 days a week)
- You just live on territory now (ideally centrally) in the UK and we cannot offer VISA's
