Job Description: Automotive Director

Key Responsibilities
As an Automotive Director at TPS, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the centre, including sales, customer service, and operational efficiency. You will lead a team of professionals to achieve business targets, manage centre operations, and drive revenue growth. This strategic role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include developing business plans, managing budgets, analysing market data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective relationships and maintain stock security.

Requirements
We are seeking an experienced director with a strong track record of achieving business targets in the automotive industry. Essential skills include proven leadership experience, a deep understanding of the automotive sector, and excellent communication skills. A passion for providing great customer service and a focus on results-driven outcomes are also essential. Strong analytical skills, IT literacy, and proficiency in MS Office are also required.
