About the Role:

  • Provide expert court evidence and statements when required, ensuring legal proceedings are informed by your professional insights.
  • Manage referrals effectively and participate in placement planning meetings, contributing to the well-being of children and families.
  • Champion positive outcomes for children and families within their communities, upholding ethical standards and best practices.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulations governing social work practice.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a recognized degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Has experience managing or supervising social workers, demonstrating leadership skills and mentorship capabilities.
  • Maintains current registration with the Social Work England (SWE).
  • Demonstrates expertise in specialist PAM assessments and psychodynamic frameworks.
  • Showcases proficiency in parenting programs and safeguarding practices.
  • Confidently provides court evidence, ensuring clarity and professionalism in legal settings.
