Senior Support Worker

Job Summary:
Voyage Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Stafford. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading our supported living service and providing exceptional care to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and quality of life for our service users.
- Conduct regular supervision and training sessions to ensure staff are equipped to provide the best possible care.
- Manage medication, finances, and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care is delivered.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license.
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or in a similar role.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
