Job Summary:

Voyage Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Stafford. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading our supported living service and providing exceptional care to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to ensure high-quality care and support is provided to individuals.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Conduct regular supervision and training sessions to ensure staff are equipped to provide the best possible care.
  • Manage medication, finances, and other administrative tasks related to the service.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the service and make decisions that align with Voyage Care's values and policies.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or in a similar role.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, challenging behavior, and complex needs.
