About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at H2eCommerce. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient service to all customer enquiries, via phone, email, and live chat. You will also be required to process orders, returns, payments, and refunds, as well as maintain awareness of current promotions and product changes.

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve and put themselves in the customer's shoes. They will also have a good level of IT skills and be able to multitask with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
  • Process orders, returns, payments, and refunds
  • Maintain awareness of current promotions and product changes
  • Resolve any order issues and find a solution to problems
  • Generate customer interest in our branded products
  • Delight customers by going the extra mile
  • Offer help and support to other staff members, when needed
