About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our café team as a Front of House Team Member. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every day is a better one for our customers.

  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain food freshness by adhering to strict stock rotation procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Accurately receive and store deliveries.
  • Familiarize yourself with operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment for our customers.
  • Ensure high standards are met and all food products are available.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of our menu and serve food accordingly.

Our estimated salary for this position is £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
