Detailed Job Description

This senior role involves overseeing property claims, scheduling trades according to job requirements, ordering materials for delivery to site, and assessing customer satisfaction with the service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, claims handling, and customer service, as well as experience planning and allocating work to field-based staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property claims from receipt of initial instruction to job completion
  • Take responsibility for all administrative aspects of each claim
  • Act as central point of contact for policyholders, insurance clients, field and office teams
  • Schedule trades according to job requirements
  • Order materials for delivery to site
  • Assess customer satisfaction with the service

Salary: Up to £31,930 per annum

Working Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

Office-Based: Yes

Annual Leave: 28 days (including Bank Holidays)
