Property Claims Manager

Manage a caseload of property claims from inception to completion.
Oversee property claims from receipt of the initial instruction to job completion of works.
Take responsibility for all administrative aspects of each claim, ensuring accurate maintenance of client systems/portals.
Act as a central point of contact for policyholders, insurance clients, field and office teams.
Manage the regional administrative resource, providing support and guidance to other administration staff.
Schedule trades according to job requirements, optimising their time and minimising travel.
Order materials for delivery to site.
Assess customer satisfaction with the service and identify any necessary remedial action.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, claims handling and customer service. Experience in planning and allocating work to field-based staff is also required. Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential, along with proficiency in IT skills, including basic Excel use.
The salary for this position is up to £31,930 per annum, working 40 hours per week in an office environment. Benefits include 28 days annual leave, healthcare, life insurance, and pension.
