Job Description:
In this exciting role as a Claims Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the claims process from start to finish, working closely with policyholders, insurers, and our field teams to ensure that all parties are kept informed and satisfied. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that all workflows are precise, compliant, and on schedule. Additionally, you will lead and support administrative staff, ensuring that the team performs to the highest standards and coordinate trades and materials to optimize efficiency. As a champion of customer satisfaction, you will address any concerns and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with policyholders, insurers, and field teams
- Maintain accurate records
- Lead and support administrative staff
- Optimize trade and material coordination

Requirements:
