Global Distribution Sales Director

Mercury Hampton Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Global Distribution Sales Director to lead our global distribution network and drive revenue growth through our distributor sales channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the global sales team to enhance distribution performance and develop strategic partnerships with key distributors.
- Travel globally to visit major distributors and end users, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage and update distribution agreements, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Develop and manage the internal sales and customer service teams, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of our distributors and customers.
- Manage the performance of your team, setting goals and objectives to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement pricing and margin policies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Lead global key account management, building strong relationships with key customers and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Assist with big-ticket business development projects, working closely with the global sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Develop and implement a CRM system to improve sales and customer service processes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the global distribution team, developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in global distribution sales and leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement pricing and margin policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel globally, with a strong understanding of different cultures and business practices.
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience of CRM systems.
