About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teacher to join our team at GLL. As a Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to babies and toddlers, following our established program SWIMBiES.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver swimming lessons to babies and toddlers, using our SWIMBiES program
  • Communicate effectively with customers, creating a welcoming and safe environment
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of child development and its relation to baby swimming lessons
  • Plan and complete necessary administration to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold one of the following qualifications:

  • STA Level 2 Award in Baby & Pre School Swimming Teacher
  • Swim England Level 2 Teaching Pre-School Swimming
  • STA Level 3 Diploma in Baby & Pre School Swimming Teacher

If you hold a STA Level 2 Award or certificate qualification and have a passion for delivering Baby & Pre School swimming lessons, we will work with you to help develop your delivery experience.
