About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teacher to join our team at GLL. As a Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to babies and toddlers, following our established program SWIMBiES.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver swimming lessons to babies and toddlers, using our SWIMBiES program.
  • Develop and maintain a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing a positive customer experience.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of our young students.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of our swimming programs.
Requirements
  • Hold a recognized qualification in Baby & Pre-School Swimming Teaching, such as STA Level 2 Award or Swim England Level 2 Teaching Pre-School Swimming.
  • Have experience working with babies and toddlers, as well as parents and guardians.
  • Understand child development and be able to adapt lessons to meet the needs of our young students.
  • Be confident in singing and able to lead songs and games in a group setting.
