About the Role

GLL is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Baby & Pre School Swimming Teacher to join our team in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to babies and toddlers, following the SWIMBiES program.
  • Develop and maintain a safe, fun, and engaging teaching environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, parents, and guardians.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Hold a recognized qualification in Baby & Pre School Swimming Teaching, such as STA Level 2 Award or Swim England Level 2 Teaching Pre-School Swimming.
  • Have experience working with babies and toddlers, as well as parents and guardians.
  • Understand child development principles and be able to apply them in a swimming lesson context.
  • Be confident in singing and able to lead songs and games in a group setting.
