Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver swimming lessons to babies and toddlers, using our SWIMBiES program
  • Communicate effectively with customers, creating a welcoming and safe environment
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of child development and its relation to baby swimming lessons
  • Plan and complete necessary administration tasks to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
  • Hold a STA Level 2 Award in Baby & Pre School Swimming Teacher or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with babies and toddlers, as well as parents and guardians
  • Knowledge of songs and games suitable for baby swimming lessons
