Swimming Teacher Role

We are seeking a skilled and patient Swimming Teacher to join our team at GLL. As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.
  • Maintain a safe and controlled environment for swimming lessons.
  • Assist with new-enrolments and re-enrolments as required.
  • Actively encourage customers to enrol on further courses and short courses.
  • Record and complete relevant awards in line with expected standards.
Requirements:
  • STA Award or Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
  • National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and other relevant legislation.
  • Understanding of Child Protection Policy.
