Lead Swimming Teacher

At GLL, we're seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our swimming team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons and mentoring our team of teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective swimming lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Mentor and guide our team of swimming teachers to ensure consistency and excellence in teaching.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students during swimming lessons, adhering to relevant regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate and manage swimming teacher schedules, lesson planning, and student progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure seamless new-enrollment and re-enrollment processes.
  • Actively promote swimming programs and encourage students to enroll in further courses and short courses.
