Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver safe and consistent swimming lessons that promote confidence and skill development in our customers.
  • Lead and motivate a team of teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and ensure a consistent approach throughout our centers.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of our teachers, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their potential.
  • Coordinate and manage the swimming teacher team, including scheduling, attendance, and pupil progression.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as our Safeguarding Policy and Procedure.
Requirements:
  • STA Certificate level or Swim England Level 2 qualification.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as our Safeguarding Policy and Procedure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
