About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swimming Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health Croydon Central. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers, promoting memberships and working collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and inspire members of all ages to achieve their swimming goals
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes, making the most out of every opportunity to help people learn and develop
- Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach, promoting memberships and explaining the advantages of our facilities
- Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities and services
- Have a talent for coaching that meets people's individual needs, delivering high-quality lessons and programmes
