Job Title: Marketing Manager - Mass Fundraising Acquisition(Events)

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our in-house team of marketeers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving mass, new customer acquisition across a portfolio of fundraising products and activities, including events, integrated brand and fundraising campaigns, cash appeals, and regular giving activity.

You will collaborate with our creative, media, and third-party agency suppliers to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet our fundraising goals. Your expertise will be essential in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing targeted marketing campaigns to engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive mass, new customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to drive fundraising growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and fundraising, preferably in a charity or non-profit organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
