About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Health and Wellness. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our health and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the health and wellness of our community, aligning with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Program Development: Design and deliver innovative health and wellness programs, services, and initiatives that meet the diverse needs of our community.
  • Marketing and Communications: Develop and implement effective marketing and communications strategies to promote our health and wellness programs and services.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community groups, health organizations, and government agencies, to advance our health and wellness goals.
  • Leadership and Governance: Provide leadership and guidance to our health and wellness team, ensuring that our programs and services are delivered to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field, such as health science, exercise science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in health and wellness, with a proven track record of success in program development, marketing, and collaboration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
