About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Branch Manager to join our prestigious estate agency team at haart. As a key leader, you will be responsible for guiding a high-performing team in delivering exceptional service to our discerning clients, specializing in upmarket properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead daily meetings with the estate agency team to discuss sales strategies and performance
    • Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and revenue
    • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and experience for all clients
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory requirements
    • Monitor and report on compliance and risk issues
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in estate agency at a senior negotiator or property valuer position
    • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop and implement business plans
    • Strong understanding of current legislation related to estate agency
    • Ability to work under own initiative and manage time-sensitive workloads
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary and Benefits
    • £60,000 per year, complete on-target earnings
    • £22,000 to £27,500 basic salary, dependent on experience
    • Five months of supplementary payments to support you while you build your pipeline
  • Uncapped Commission Scheme
    • Opportunity to earn uncapped commission on sales
  • Company Car or Car Allowance
    • BMW 1 Series company car or monthly car allowance
  • Training and Development
    • Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course to earn a Level 2 Estate Agent Qualification
