Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and manage buyer and vendor relationships
  • Arrange viewings and valuations appointments
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate sales
  • Progress sales through to completion
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and build trust
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Generate new business through canvassing and lead generation
  • Negotiate offers and close deals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in estate agency or a related field
  • Local knowledge and understanding of the area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven sales negotiation experience within property
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • Self-motivated and driven individual
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary between £20,000-£24,000
  • OTE of £28,000 - £32,000
