Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to play a key role in the sales process, working closely with clients and customers to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering buyers and vendors, arranging viewings and valuations, conducting viewings, and progressing sales. You will also be required to liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts, as well as perform general administration duties.

Requirements

  • Previous estate agency experience
  • Local knowledge
  • Dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property
  • Sales negotiations experience within property (essential)
  • Career driven and enthusiastic
  • Willing to learn and get stuck in
  • Full UK driving license (essential)
  • Must be highly self-motivated
  • An all-rounder
  • A high level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong telephone manner and excellent organizational skills

What We Offer

  • Basic salary between £20,000-£24,000
  • £28,000 - £32,000 OTE

Working Hours

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis.
