Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to play a key role in the sales process, working closely with clients and customers to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering buyers and vendors, arranging viewings and valuations, conducting viewings, and progressing sales. You will also be required to liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts, as well as perform general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register buyers and vendors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Arrange viewings and valuations, coordinating with clients and customers to schedule appointments
  • Conduct viewings, providing excellent customer service and showcasing properties to potential buyers
  • Progress sales, negotiating offers and ensuring smooth transactions
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts to facilitate sales
  • Perform general administration duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Regularly communicate with clients and customers, providing updates and feedback

Requirements

  • Previous estate agency experience, preferably in a sales negotiation role
  • Local knowledge of the Bury St Edmunds area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for property and sales
  • Experience in sales negotiations, with a proven track record of success
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic
  • Full UK driving license, with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary, with opportunities for performance bonuses
  • OTE of £28,000 - £32,000, depending on performance
