Business Change Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Change Coordinator to join our Transformation team at Gloucestershire County Council. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of business change management assets, developing content for communications and engagement, and supporting change champions networks.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is curious about change, organized in their work, and able to use their own initiative to achieve objectives. Your energy creates action, and as part of the GCC Transformation team, you are comfortable sharing your views and encouraging others. You will be inquisitive by nature to get the answers you need and be able to adapt, willing to embrace the new, and approach all situations proactively and with a deadline in mind.
