**Job Summary**
First Point Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our project management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management
* Ensure resource availability and assist with scheduling
* Collaborate with various departments as needed
* Maintain accurate records and reports
**Requirements**
* Proficient in IT, including MS Word, Teams, Excel, and Outlook
* Familiarity with file management, transcription, and other administrative processes
* Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Able to work well independently and as part of a team
**Desirable Experience**
* Prior experience in project coordination within telecommunications
**Benefits**
* 20 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays
