Care Outlook LTD is seeking an experienced professional to support the lead our extra care team in Lambeth. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our schemes and ensuring high-quality care is provided to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and support to all staff
  • Ensuring effective communication with service users, families, and stakeholders
  • Delivering services efficiently and effectively, with clear monitoring procedures in place
  • Complying with CQC regulations and working towards achieving the best care standards possible
  • On-call duties
