Job Title: Senior Technical Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Director to lead our software development team at Open Select. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software applications using Python and Django
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions
  • Architect and implement scalable and secure software systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a strong background in software development and architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Django, and related technologies
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
