Technical Director - Residential Development

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to oversee design packages on a large residential lead mixed-use project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction, consultancy, or architectural practices, with a proven track record of working on new build residential projects.

The Technical Director will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring that all design packages are completed to the highest standard. They will also be responsible for reporting to senior management and providing technical guidance to the project team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on projects of at least £20m with leading residential developers, architectural practices, or consultancies. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Director to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for construction and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee design packages on large residential lead mixed-use projects
  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure design packages are completed to the highest standard
  • Report to senior management and provide technical guidance to the project team
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong background in construction, consultancy, or architectural practices
  • Proven track record of working on new build residential projects
  • Experience of working on projects of at least £20m with leading residential developers, architectural practices, or consultancies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
