About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Director to lead our architecture strategy and drive the design and implementation of systems in a mixed environment of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions and bespoke development, all within an AWS serverless landscape.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business' architecture, with a focus on applications, data, and information management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust architecture strategy, and help to build and mature our banking platform.
  • Design and implement solutions across payment systems and core banking, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
  • Play a key role in the banking license application and oversee significant back-office transformations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
About You
  • Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a strong understanding of business applications and data management.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies is a must.
  • Strong background in payments integration, ideally within a financial services context.
  • Experience with a mix of COTS and bespoke systems is a plus.
