- Respond to calls connected to the Control Centre and take appropriate action to resolve them in line with policy and procedure.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with vulnerable adults or a call centre background would be advantageous.
- Clear and fluent English and excellent listening skills.
- Competent IT skills and excellent customer service skills and a calm and confident manner.
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
