We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a dedicated Bereavement Services Team Member to provide sensitive and compassionate burial, cremation, and memorial services. The successful candidate will work 18.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 10:30am and 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Bereavement Services Team in delivering high-quality services
  • Utilize computerized systems to maintain accurate records and relationships with stakeholders
  • Interact empathetically with individuals experiencing stress and loss
  • Prioritize tasks with minimal supervision, ensuring attention to detail

The annual salary for this position is approximately £25,183 - £27,269 (£12,592-£13,631 pro rata). Benefits include 35 days' annual leave (pro-rata), Local Government Pension Scheme, and a structured induction program.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer use and management, and a customer-focused approach.
