Job Title: Family Assessment Centre Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Assessment Centre Lead to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families in need of additional support.

About the Role

This role offers a unique chance to lead our Family Assessment Centre, providing high-quality care and support to children and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to service users.
  • Developing and implementing effective safeguarding policies to ensure the safety and well-being of our service users.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Conducting regular parenting assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop individualized plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or a formal qualification in social work.
  • Proven experience working with children and families in residential settings.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with service users, staff, and external partners.
Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position is £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities.
