This Administrative Assistant role is responsible for supporting the multidisciplinary teams to help meet the needs of patients, service users, and members of the public. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, IT skills in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of SystmOne. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

The role requires a willingness to learn and develop with the support of the Admin Team Lead and Therapy Managers. The ideal candidate will have GCSE level in Mathematics and English to Grade C and above, NVQ level 2 in administration or an equivalent qualification, and experience in setting up and running effective office systems. They will also possess free car parking at many of our sites, 27 days leave plus bank holidays, increasing up to 33 days with long service, and access to discounts and salary sacrifice schemes.
