We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our client's team as the Head of Housing Led Services.

The role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to drive high performance across the regional housing services function. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of various services, including income management, tenancy and neighbourhood management, and anti-social behaviour management.

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability, and ensuring personal development. Your expertise in housing policies and regulations will be essential in ensuring all service standards are met.

You will also act as the key contact for external strategic partners, overseeing the management and evaluation of outcomes from service agreements, and represent our client in external engagements, including MP inquiries and public relations.
