Greenacre Recruitment Ltd is proud to be supporting a leading social housing organisation based in Surrey, with the recruitment of a talented individual to fill their role as Head of Housing Led Services.

The salary for this position is estimated at £55,000 per annum.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our client's team and take on the critical role of Head of Housing. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving high performance across the regional housing services function.

You will lead and manage a team of professionals managing various services, including income management, tenancy and neighbourhood management, and anti-social behaviour management. Your leadership skills will be essential in fostering a culture of high performance and accountability, conducting regular one-to-one meetings and performance appraisals, and ensuring personal development.

You will ensure all service standards are met, with a focus on quality control and continuous improvement, maintaining expertise in housing policies and regulations. You will also act as the key contact for external strategic partners, overseeing the management and evaluation of outcomes from service agreements, and represent our client in external engagements, including MP inquiries and public relations.

Your experience in budget management, with a focus on delivering cost-effective services and assessing risks, will be crucial in this role. You will oversee budget management and resource allocation, ensuring efficient spend and assessing return on investment to meet organisational objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of leading a service area or multi-disciplinary team, achieving results through customer-focused services. You should have strong experience in budget management and a focus on delivering cost-effective services and assessing risks.
