Nursery Room Leader Position

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Nursery Room Leader to join our team at Busy Bees Camberley Nursery. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team by role modeling your knowledge and best practice.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and pursue a management qualification with our in-house training academy. You will also be entitled to a competitive salary, 28 days holiday per year, and generous childcare discounts.

About the Role
As a keyworker, you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will also take ownership of the observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
Requirements
To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
